How to go Visual Studio Limited 2017 Offline Files from Online Web Installer

Download VS Express 2017 web installer from https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/visual-studio-express/
Ensure correct web installer downloaded, in this case, vs_WDExpress.exe
Open cmd.exe as ambassador and go to the directory where web installer is stored
Copy and Paste to Run the following command: vs_WDExpress.exe --layout "C:\VSExpress2017"

Note that for the Windows 7 Operating Systems, you may have problem installing VSExpress2017. The below instructions were used on Windows seven 64 bit to successfully install VS Express 2017!

Using the Windows File Explorer, Go to "C:\VSExpress2017" to view the folders and files within

Dorsum in our VSExpress folder, Go into sub-folder under master folder called "Win10SDK_10.0.14393.795,version=10.0.14393.79517". Run sdksetup.exe as ambassador.
Once the above is completed successfully, run vs_setup.exe in the main folder to Allow Visual Studio Limited 2017 to exist installed.
Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE\" and make shortcut on desktop from WDExpress.exe
